Returns Policy
At Fashiana, we want every order to meet your expectations. In the unlikely event that you need to initiate a return or request an exchange, please find our return policy below:
- To be eligible for return or exchange, requests have to be raised within 5 days from the day of delivery and the products should be returned in unused, unworn, with the tags and packaging intact.
- You can check if the product you are ordering is eligible for return in the Return/Exchange Tab on the respective product pages.
- Products in 399-store, customised orders are not eligible for return or exchange and are for final sale. Products on sale, present in the ‘Sale’ section of the website are only eligible for size exchange and return option is not available for these products.
- Exchange can only be done once per order.

After receiving the confirmation, we will schedule a pickup for your order from the order delivery address within 1-3 business days. Pickup can only be attempted twice. In the rare event of unavailability of pickup service at your location, the products have to be sent back via a courier for return / exchange.
For Returns: A Rs.100 fee would be charged / billed for the reverse shipping charges and would be deducted from the refund amount. For prepaid orders, refund would be done to the source account and will be reflected within 4-5 days from day the refund is issued. For COD orders, we would ask for a UPI ID or bank account for refund. In case a Buy More Save More discount is applied to your order and you are returning a part of your order, the discount would be recalculated based on the final value of your order post-return.
For Exchange: Based on product ordered, you can get a size exchange or a product exchange. If you select a product with a higher value, we will ask you to make the payment before the exchange is dispatched. In case the value of the replacement is lower, we shall refund the difference.
In case you receive a damaged / incorrect product: Highlight the issue with us within 1-2 days of delivery, so that we can look into it and provide a resolution at the earliest in the least possible time-frame.
We usually receive the return in 5-7 days from the day of pickup. Upon receiving, we shall initiate the refund or dispatch the exchange as per your requirement in 1-3 days.
Cancellation Policy:
Orders can be cancelled until they are dispatched from our warehouse. Post-dispatch, the orders cannot be cancelled. In case of any uncertainty, feel free to reach out to our customer support over WhatsApp before cancelling.
